Local birding: Brockholes Wetland LWT (FDxPO hybrid) - 30th Oct 2008.
Ferruginous x Pochard hybrid new-in today, presumably the returning bird from winter 2007/2008, though i haven't compared any images as yet. The arrival date is two days later than last year. Open wing not seen.
